“When it rains, look for rainbows. When it’s dark, look for stars.”

Hello to my beautiful humans!! I am back with another amazing tip to living a brighter life. In my life, I had plenty of people coming up to me and asking me “how are you so optimistic?” In this post, you will find the answers to that question. I honestly admire people that are optimistic. Being optimistic is a beautiful thing. It can allow a negative situation to turn into an opportunity or something to learn from. It can give you more enthusiasm and energy in life. My most favorite part of being optimistic is that it helps you get through obstacles in life, to keep moving when you fall and to not just give up. So after naming all the plus points from being optimistic, why would anyone not want to be an optimistic person?
I love spreading positivity like its confetti and I treat optimism the same exact way. I truly do encourage people to be more optimistic and add more of it to the lives of people in your world. You will truly enjoy the smiles you get to see when you’re spreading the optimism vibe around. Right below I will be listing ways you can start spreading optimism into other people’s lives.
Tip 1. Just be there for someone
Listen to someone and give them the optimism they need in their life. Sometimes listening is all you have to do and they might feel better again, but sometimes you need to be the person to shine some light into their life. Assure them that it’s just another problem you have to get through and everything will be better in the long run. Life is too short to be upset forever.
Tip 2. Smile
A smile can put you and the people around you into a better place. Whenever I am in the bus or metro and someone looks at me I just smile and most of the time I end up getting a smile back and just by doing something like that you’re putting the other person in a better place.
Tip 3. Help someone have a time off
Life can get busy with school or work and sometimes it can add stress into your life as well. So if you know someone that needs a break from the everyday life, treat them to something special. Bring them out for dinner or the movies. I have a friend that I barely see since she’s always caught up with life so when I do see her I make sure she has the happiest time ever. Believe it or not but every time it’s time to go she always tells me that it was a much needed date. A break like this can do wonders for the mood for both of you.
Tip 4. Play positive music
I know it sounds silly, but positive music brings your mood open. I literally do it all the time. It can help you and the people around you. Play positive music when you’re around people or send a link to someone who might need it. Music can be the medicine of mind at times.
Tip 5. Pay it forward
If someone adds a bit of optimism into your life, you go ahead and add some to someone else’s life.
Being optimistic can go a long way. I believe optimism is there to completely kill the negativity. Why waste time thinking negative when there’s an option to be positive. By being optimistic and spreading it around, I believe we can build a beautiful world filled with happiness and kindness!! I hope everyone enjoyed reading this. Have a great week ahead!!
Forever spreading happiness, Kopika
