Happy on your Own.


          Why hello there my beautiful and handsome humans!! Life can get super busy sometimes. Apart from all the lifestyle changes and challenges you encounter in life, your happiness is what matters the most (If you don’t agree with me, your a crazy human). Lately life has been so busy on my side so I literally don’t have time for social life but I started to realize how happy I am by myself as well and it got me thinking how important it is to know how to be happy even when your alone (Don’t confuse the word alone and loneliness right now, two words that sound similar but have two different meanings). That moment when you realize what truly makes you happy and you step out of your comfort zone, you will be able to witness how powerful happiness is.

To learn to be happy alone, figure out what truly makes you happy. When your trying to figure out what truly makes you happy , your giving yourself a chance to know yourself better. Get to know yourself by spending alone time. Do something that can help you relax. Go shopping, listen to some great music, have a glass of wine. Do whatever it takes for you to truly be happy , make yourself a top priority and don’t feel guilty about it. Do you boo!!

Practice self love , to me self love is a state of appreciation and this will help you reach happiness independently. When you stop thinking about how other people can make you happy and practice self love, you learn to love and accept yourself from the inside out. Alone time will allow you to be mindful of your thoughts. You get to know that you do not need to expect anything from anyone else.

Another habit that can help you to be happy when your too busy for humans is stepping out of your comfort zone. Stepping out of your comfort zone can seem very hard to do but once you do, you start experiencing life in a completely different way. Be open to all possibilities in life (life can you open up possibilities that you have never imagined before), you won’t know what you don’t like until you have tried it. Try to put yourself out there and you will gain more confidence too over time. When I started blogging , that was me stepping out of my comfort zone but the outcomes are only positive. I love blogging and making people smile but I would have never knew how much I would love blogging if I didn’t step out of my own comfort zone.

Finally learn to appreciate the present when you truly want to know how to be happy when there’s no humans around you (you probably think I’m a little crazy for referring us as humans but I’m really not!!). We are who we become because of our life experiences from our past. Forgive yourself and acknowledge your mistakes from the past. Learn from your mistakes but celebrate the small and big wins of the present. Life can get super busy, sometimes having the time to just sit back and enjoy a cup of tea can revive you. Take advantage of the little things that help you relax and enjoy what you have in life to the fullest.

Can you feel how powerful happiness can be when you learn to truly be happy when your alone ? It’s an amazing feeling (trust me on this one)!!
